Military???????

what is the diference between navy seals and special forces?|||Both the Navy SEALs and the special forces (SF) from the Army are special operations units. The training for both si very rigorous and tough, mentally and physically. The real difference between them, is the fact that SEALs are a Navy unit so the training is focused more on maritime based operations. Or operations near or on the water. Obviously we don't only use them right near the water or places with only water access, but that is a big part of their training because they are a unit from the Navy.

Special Forces from the Army is basically the same thing, except or more of a land based unit with more of a land based tactics. They also are very good at long range recon.|||Navy SEALS are part of the special forces community. They are under the Navy and are part of USSOCOM.|||They are special forces. The army calls their special forces, well "special forces". The Navy has Navy SEALs. Marines have Recon. Air Force has Pararescue. They all fall under the term special forces or special operations though.
