What the procedure for a military person emigrating from the UK to another country like Australia?

What the criteria for emigrating to another country ?





If anyone has been in the military in the UK will that help ?





Is it possible to change to the Australian military ?





I'm interested in possibly doing this, I just need more info on what to do etc.
